About the project

Ophenel is a concept-driven music project rooted in atmospheric and emotional storytelling. The sound blends elements of progressive metal, ambient textures, cinematic soundscapes, and spiritual undertones.

The project follows a mythical character’s journey — where both the character and artist must relearn music after losing their gift. It is about honesty, depth, and creative rebirth.

What we’re looking for

This is not a commercial project (yet), but a deeply creative one. We are looking for musicians who:

• Are passionate about music, art, and introspective themes
• Enjoy building atmosphere, contrast, and sonic storytelling
• Value the process more than perfection
• Are humble, collaborative, and speak Swedish or English

You don’t need to be a professional — what matters is your heart, presence, and creative spirit.
